Xiao Yu Art Studio Information
1. Lessons are one hour or two hours. Times are after school on weekdays and all through the weekend.
2. During School holidays, there are no lessons.
3. Tuition fee: $25 per hour, payment every term. The payment is not refundable. If the student is absent, you must notify Xiao Yu Art Studio, so that we can organise you a make – up lesson.
4. Material: Self – purchase, or you can buy it through Xiao Yu Art Studio.
Xiao Yu Bai
Xiao Yu Bai lives in Melbourne and has a Bachelor in Design in Academy of Art and Design, Tsinghua University and Advanced studies (Traditional Chinese painting) in Central Academy of Fine Art in Beijing, China; also she has had Bachelor of Fine Art at Monash University, Masters and Doctors of Fine Arts at RMIT in Australia.
Xiao Yu Bai has over 30 years of experience in the fields of teaching and art. She has had many years of teaching experience in university in China. In China, she has received national and state excellence awards in teaching. In Australia, she has continued teaching art for children, young people and adults. She is currently working for Xiao Yu Art Studio, whilst also researching art and creating new artworks. Xiao Yu Bai has had over 60 solo and group exhibitions and won Siemens – RMIT Fine Art Scholarship Awards, Siemens Acquisition Prize, and RMIT Master of Fine Arts Students Graduate Exhibition Prize. She was a finalist in Arthur Guy Memorial Award, Eutick Memorial Still Life Award, Fleurieu Peninsula Water Prize, Albany Art Prize , R & M McGiven Art Prize, Redland Art Awards，Lucato Peace Prize, Willoughby Art Prize, A.M.E.BALE Painting Prize, A.M.E.BALE Drawing Prize, St Kevin’s Art Show, Geelong Contemporary Art Prize and Calleen Art Award. Her works were collected by Redland Gallery, MARS Melbourne Art Rooms, the Landcom, Siemens and private.
Zai Kuang
Zai Kuang lives in Melbourne and has a Bachelor and Masters in Fine Art in Academy of Art & Design, Tsinghua University in China; he also has had Masters (by research) at Monash University in Australia.
Zai Kuang has had many years of teaching experience in university in China. In Australia, he has continued teaching children, young people and adults. Currently, he is a teacher at Xiao Yu Art Studio. In the fields of teaching and art, he has over 30 years of experience. Zai Kuang has had 17 solo exhibitions and more than 60 group exhibitions. In Australian, he was winner “ Calleen Art Award”, “He Who Dreams Art Prize,” and First Prize in “St. Kevin’s Art Show”. He also won Second Prize in “Mentone Art Competition”, and Highly Commend Prize in “The City of Albany Art Prize”, “Willoughby City Art Prize”, “Cambridge Studio Gallery’s Portrait Prize”, and “Manning Art Prize”. He was a finalist in the Doug Moran National Portrait Prize, the Archibald Prize, the Sulman Prize, Fleurieu Bienale Art Prize, the Albany Art Prize, Redland Art Awards, Willoughby Art Prize, R & M McGiven Art Prize, Lexus Mortimore Priz, the A.M.E. BALE Art Prize, Shirley Hannan National Portrait Award, EMSLA, National Still Life Award, Naked & Nude Art Prize, SBS Portrait Prize and Wyndham Art Prize. In China, he was a finalist in the National Young Artist Exhibition, the 8th National Art Exhibition, the 2th National Still life Exhibition and the National Sport Exhibition. He has a number of works in public collections including Cowra Regional Art Gallery, BHP Billiton, Monash University, Macquarie University, and private collections worldwide.
1 上课时间分为1小时和2小时。具体时间安排在学生放学以后，星期六和星期天。
老师根据学生的情况编班。
2. 假期休息。若学生假期来上课，请预先通知萧雨美术班，以便安排上课时间。
3. 学费：1小时$25, 按学期收费。 因为每学期每个班里人数都是预先安排好的，老
师需要花费时间和精力为学生准备上课课程，所以学费不顺延 ，希望家长能够
理解和配合。如果确实有情况不能来上课者，请预先通知萧雨美术班，我们可以 额外提供在本年度内补课的时间，以便保持学生学习的一贯性和教学质量。
4. 材料: 自备或者在萧雨美术班购买。
白小予
白老师现居住于墨尔本。她毕业于中国清华大学美术学院(原中央工艺美术学院)，获学士学位。另外，在澳大利亚她还获Monash 大学美术系学士学位，RMIT大学美术系硕士学位和博士学位。
白老师从事美术教育工作30多年。在中国荣获省，市和全国优秀园丁奖。自来澳洲后，她继续从事美术教育工作，其中包括对儿童，青少年及成人的美术指导，积累了丰富的教学经验，现任教于萧雨美术班。另外，白老师在教书育人的同时，还在进行美术研究和创作。她参加了60多个个人画展和集体画展。并获得RMIT大学艺术奖学金，西门子公司收藏奖和 RMIT大学研究生毕业奖。她的作品曾入选澳大利亚全国大型美术展览，如：“Arthur Guy Memorial Prize” 美展, “Eutick Memorial Still Life Award” 美展, “Fleurieu Peninsula Water Prize” 美展, “Albany Art Prize ”美展，“R & M McGiven Art Prize”美览展，Redland Art Award” 美展, “Lucato Peace Prize” 美展, “Willoughby Art Prize” 美展, “A.M.E.BALE (painting)” 美展, “A.M.E.BALE (drawing)” 美展, “St Kevin’s Art show”美展，Calleen Art Award”美展 and “Geelong Contemporary Art Prize”美展。她的作品被Redland 画廊, MARS Melbourne 画廊, the Landcom公司，西门子公司和个人收藏。
匡再镳:
匡老师现居住于澳大利亚墨尔本。毕业于清华大学美术学院（原中央工艺美术学院）绘画系，获学士和硕士学位。在澳洲，他毕业于Monash大学美术系，获硕士学位 。
匡老师从事美术教育工作30多年，来到澳洲后，继续从事美术教育工作，其中包括对儿童，青少年及成人的美术指导，现任教于萧雨美术班。匡老师在30多年的教学和艺术生涯中，积累了丰富的教学经验，在教书育人的同时，匡老师还在不断地学习和提高，不断地进行美术创作研究。他参加了17个个人画展和60多个集体画展. 他在澳洲曾荣获 Calleen Art Award”，油画一等奖， “He Who Dreams Art Prize” 油画一等奖, “St. Kevin’s Art Show” 油画一等奖, “Mentone Art Competition” 油画二等奖, “The City of Albany Art Prize” ，“The Willoughby City Art Prize”， “Cambridge Studio Gallery’s Portrait Prize” , and “Manning Art Prize”油画优秀奖。作品曾入选澳大利亚全国大型展览，如: “Doug Moran National Portrait Prize”全澳肖像画展, “Archibald Prize”全澳肖像画展, “Sulman Prize”全澳主题性画展, “Fleurieu Bienale Art Prize”双年展, “Albany Art Prize” 美展, “Redland Art Awards”美展, “Willoughby Art Prize”美展, “R & M McGiven Art Prize”美展, “Lexus Mortimore Prize” 美展 “A.M.E.
